Pop My Cherry – Black Forest

Chocolate sponge, dark cherry compote and vanilla cream. The cake is weighed at approximately 1.5kg and good for up to 8 people. (It also stays good in the fridge for 3 days and makes for a great cheat worthy breakfast the next morning.)

P.S. Store the cake in the fridge and leave out for 15 minutes or until it comes to room temperature before serving.
