Fraisier - Strawberries & Cream

Diced fresh strawberries, vanilla mousseline, yellow sponge, torched italian meringue.

The cake is weighed at approximately 1.5kg and good for up to 8 people. (It also stays good in the fridge for 3 days and makes for a great cheat worthy breakfast the next morning.)

Please Note that the fresh diced strawberry garnish on top of the cake as seen in the picture on the website will only be added upon Customer's request.

P.S. Store the cake in the fridge and leave out for 15 minutes or until it comes to room temperature before serving.
